Huge shoutout to Denise, Cindy, Ethan, and Sam at Get Lifted. After dealing with some incredibly frustrating contractors recently, I was starting to think it was impossible to find people you can actually trust to do quality work anymore. This shop completely proved me wrong. They took my car in, got the alignment dialed in perfectly, and got everything set up just right. When the ride height needed to be tweaked slightly after the initial setup, they got me right back in and made the adjustment without a single hassle. It is incredibly rare to find a shop that genuinely stands behind their work like that. They are super communicative, friendly, and just all-around good people who are committed to making sure your car is safe and set up correctly. If you have work you can't tackle yourself and need a shop you can actually trust, I can't recommend them enough.

I didn’t think I’d be able to find anyone local in the Asheville area to install the T-Sportline 1.85” lift on my 2021 Tesla Model Y. I thought I’d have to drive all the way to Atlanta, but the team at Get Lifted was excited to take it on. Cindy at the front desk said they love a challenge, and Ethan was confident and reassuring that he’d be more than able to take on the work. The results are fantastic! I had previously upgraded to Falken Wildpeak A/T Trail tires, and now my Model Y is trail-ready and looks amazing. The service was top-notch from start to finish. Definitely five stars! And that’s before mentioning the nice waiting room and even an unheard-of clean bathroom at an auto shop!

When I bought my first “lifted” truck, I ran into a dilemma: none of the shops around Asheville could perform an alignment. They all said my style of wheels was incompatible with their alignment racks. That’s when I discovered Get Lifted! They assured me my wheels and lift wouldn’t be an issue. Upon arriving at their shop, I immediately noticed how clean and organized the lobby was. I was greeted by Denise, who was very hospitable and made me feel welcome. The waiting area was comfortable, offering snacks, drinks, and phone chargers. It wasn’t long before my truck was ready. The technician took the time to explain the repairs and provided valuable insight on ways to improve my build. The cost of the repairs and alignment was better than expected. Get Lifted didn’t turn my classic Toyota away, and I really appreciate that. Their friendly employees, who share a passion for off-roading, instill confidence. If you drive a jacked-up truck, you can trust this shop!

I originally found them through a Groupon discount, but I’ll be returning because of the incredible service and integrity of the team. ​I had the pleasure of speaking with Cindy, the owner, who is absolutely inspiring. She has run the shop for over 14 years, successfully taking over her father’s business. Seeing a woman lead with such expertise in the auto industry is fantastic, and it shows in how the shop is run—she is honest, professional, and full of integrity. ​The service itself was top-notch. My mechanic, Ethan, went above and beyond. He even came into the waiting room to personally discuss the work and ensure I was comfortable with everything, which is a level of transparency you rarely find these days. ​If you are looking for a shop that treats you like family and does amazing work, this is the place. Found on Google. Called and spoke to Cindy. My daughter was looking for A 2.5 inch lift for her new Jeep Wrangler. She got me a quote quickly, we paid a deposit to order the kit, and scheduled a time to drop it off. Communication was excellent and the end result outstanding!!! We purchased tires and wheels on EBay and they installed them. 10 out of 10.
